Graduate Mentorship

Praxis Consult International offers Graduate Mentorship Services to graduates to increase their employability chances by engaging professionals with a wide range of experience to equip them with practical skills to bridge the gap between academic and skills required at the workplace. The firm prepares graduates to acquire skills to enable them compete favorably in the job market by offering the following skills;

• Placement in companies and NGOs

Praxis Consult International’s Graduate Mentorship service is composed of three levels;

Level 1 Graduates are inducted into the world of work ethics and with skills they are required to have. Graduates are also taught how to identify job opportunities in line with their qualifications, skills on how to write a winning application and curriculum vitae, interview skills to pass job interviews and life skills which will market them to employers.

Level 2 Graduates are equipped with professional skills development inline with their profession by Professionals in various career fields. Graduates are educated on job expectations and shown how to achieve tasks in their profession. Professional skills development offers our clients market demanded and practical employment related skills required in one’s profession. 

Level 3 Graduates will be allocated job placements to enhance their skills for a month in a company or organization. They will be monitored and assisted when faced with hardships by staff during the placement. Certificates and recommendation letters will also be issued on completion of the placement on merit. All the above 3 levels will prepare the graduates for employment.

Business Development Services

Praxis Consult International supports small and medium enterprises to attain business growth through the provision of business development services. We assist Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to set up business systems by attaching graduates to mentor their business development. SMEs are key for employment creation for young people and economic development.

Graduates from the Graduate Mentorship Program are placed in small and medium enterprises to apply skills and knowledge gained from our experts thus enabling the Small businesses to grow.
